The following general terms and conditions apply, however regional circumstances and regulations,
contractual obligations to suppliers, and matters relating to location, product type and supply logistics may
cause these to be varied slightly for specific products, or specific destinations. These amendments and
alterations are shown in the Terms and Conditions sections of each web site, and should be read in
conjunction with the Terms And Conditions shown below.
- MYFM Trip has taken due care and responsibility to verify and check all information on our web
sites as at the time of compilation, however, as this information is supplied by the relevant
accommodation & tour/cruise operators in our brochures, it accepts no responsibility for any
inaccuracy or misdescription contained in the publications.
- MYFM Trip does not accept responsibility for any change in prices or variation of services as
shown, and all services and prices are subject to change without notice.
MYFM Trip does not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default,
whether negligent or otherwise, of those service providers in connections with your convention
pursuant to a contract between them and yourselves and over whom we have no direct control.
We do not accept liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage, loss,
delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or
other events which are beyond our control, or which are not preventable by reasonable
diligence on our part including, but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually
severe weather, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accidents to or failure of
machinery or equipment or industrial action.
- Please note that once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail or SMS on your
registered mobile number confirming your booking
- Please expect to receive your vouchers 72 hours before your departure date (subject to full
payment of your package cost)
- Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make
changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire. The final payment will be calculated as per the
activities reflecting on the website which will be outlined in the confirmatory e-mail sent to you.
For the comfort and convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes reverse the direction, or
slightly amend the itinerary. We will try to advise you of these amendments, prior to the start of
the tour or on tour. In the event that a tour participant misses on any part of the sightseeing tour
or any such tour due to delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim refund of the same.
We have mentioned the indicative names of the Hotels for each tour. We reserve the right to
change the same due to unavoidable circumstances. In that case we may provide alternative,
similar accommodation for which we are not liable to pay any refund. We will not be responsible
or liable in case of loss of property or life at the Hotel. Similarly any damages caused to the
hotel rooms during your stay, shall be payable by the Clients and the Company will not be liable
for the same.
Booking will be taken after receive 50% of total package cost.
- The Client must pay the balance amount 30 days prior to the date of departure of the Tour. If
client fails to pay the balance amount within stipulated time then the booking shall be deemed to
be the cancelled and entire advance amount will be forfeited and the passenger shall not be
entitled to the refund of the same.
If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons
including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the
balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client.
Please note Cancellation / Amendment request needs to reach us in writing. Any amendment
received after booking will be treated as cancellation. The Cancellation policy is as follows:
Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to us in writing. All changes will be
processed only after the receipt of the same by the Company. However, if any of the
amendment requests results in cancellation of one or more services, then the Company is liable
to recover cancellation charges as indicated in the above-mentioned table.
7 days or less before the tour commencement date: No refund
7 days to 30 days: 25% of the paid amount
31 days to 60 days: 50% of the amount
61 days to 90 days: 75% of the amount
Refund against Amendment and Cancellations will be paid directly to the source through whom
the client is booked. It would take at least 15 days to process such Refund. However, there is
NO REFUND for any unutilized services example – meals, entrance fee, optional, hotel,
sightseeing, transportation (surface / air).
In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any unforeseen conditions. MYFM Trip shall
strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade
If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail,
MYFM Trip reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you.
Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy
Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini
bar etc., are not included
Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early
check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel
In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to
the customer in another hotel of a similar category
Certain hotels abroad may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at
check-out subject to the hotel`s policy
Please note that Day at Leisure essentially implies that no sightseeing activities have been
included for that day
Kindly be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. Most countries are quite strict about
following a schedule
